Please carefully read the Terms and Conditions (“T&Cs”) below before participating in the Wow Buy “Win an Exclusive Performance” Promotion. By entering, participants accept and agree to these T&Cs.

1. Promotion Period

• This promotion is valid for all purchases made on Wow Buy using the discount code “AIG24” or any Wow Buy scratch card codes obtained through Wow Buy merchandise sales at participating venues.
• The promotion begins on 01 November and closes at 23:59 SAST on 21 November.

2. Eligibility

• The promotion is open to South African residents aged 18 years or older.
• Multiple entries are allowed, with each valid code entry increasing the chance of winning.

3. Entry Requirements

• To enter, make a purchase on Wow Buy using either the discount code “AIG24” or a unique AIG scratch card code at checkout.
• Each eligible code (whether “AIG24” or an AIG scratch card code) counts as one entry. Additional purchases with a valid code will each count as separate entries.

4. The Prize

• The prize is a private, exclusive performance by an Afrikaans is GROOT artist selected by the winner, subject to availability and the artist’s agreement to perform.
• While Wow Buy will make every effort to secure the preferred artist, unforeseen circumstances, scheduling conflicts, or personal constraints may require that an alternative Afrikaans is GROOT artist be assigned at Wow Buy’s discretion.

5. Prize Conditions

• The winner may transfer the prize to another individual if desired, provided that Wow Buy is immediately notified in writing via hello@wowbuy.co.za.
• The performance must take place within twelve months of the announcement date, with exact scheduling subject to the artist’s availability.
• Wow Buy will coordinate with the winner on the location and time of the performance; however, venue options may be limited by the artist’s requirements and logistical feasibility.
• The selected venue must meet basic technical specifications as stipulated by the artist.

6. Announcement & Notification

• The winner will be announced on 22 November 2024 on Wow Buy’s website and social media platforms. Please note that Wow Buy reserves the right to delay the announcement date if necessary and is not obligated to individually notify participants of any delay.
• The winner will also be contacted directly via the contact information provided at the time of purchase.
• If Wow Buy is unable to reach the winner within 10 business days of the announcement, the prize may be forfeited, and an alternative winner selected.

7. General Conditions

• The prize is not redeemable for cash, goods, or other services.
• Wow Buy and associated parties are not liable for any loss, damage, or injury suffered by the winner or any party arising from the acceptance or use of the prize, except in cases of gross negligence or wilful misconduct.
• Wow Buy reserves the right to amend these T’s & C’s or cancel the promotion at any time if necessary, with changes taking immediate effect upon publication.

8. Disputes & Final Decision

• All decisions made by Wow Buy regarding this promotion are final and binding. No correspondence will be entered into concerning outcomes.
• By participating, entrants agree that any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of South African courts.

9. Privacy

• Personal information collected for this promotion will be handled according to Wow Buy’s Privacy Policy as well as POPIA, available on info.wowbuy.co.za.
