• The Accommodation Adventure Gift Card (hereafter referred to as “the Gift Card”) is issued and managed by WowBuy.co.za.
• This Gift Card is valid for redemption solely through WowBuy.co.za and is subject to these Terms and Conditions, which may be revised periodically at the discretion of WowBuy.co.za.
• By purchasing or redeeming the Gift Card, you accept these Terms and Conditions in full.

2. Validity and Expiry

• The Gift Card is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. No extensions will be granted on expired Gift Cards.
• Any remaining balance on an expired Gift Card is forfeited and non-refundable.

3. Redemption Process

• The Gift Card is redeemable only at the specific accommodation and adventure venues listed on the page https://wowbuy.co.za/shop/accommodation-adventure-gift-card/ for accommodation and adventure experiences.
• To redeem, the Gift Card holder must present the card at the selected venue. Any excess amount over the Gift Card balance must be paid directly at the venue.
• If the chosen experience costs less than the Gift Card balance, the remaining balance will remain valid within the initial validity period.

4. Non-Transferable and Non-Exchangeable

• The Gift Card is transferable to others but is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Resale, barter, or trade of the Gift Card remains prohibited unless explicitly authorized by WowBuy.co.za.

5. Restrictions and Availability

• Use of the Gift Card is subject to availability, seasonal restrictions, and venue-specific requirements, including age, health, and safety regulations, which are determined by the venue’s front-of-house team.
• Recipients must notify the venue’s front-of-house at least 48 hours before the intended experience to confirm availability and any restrictions.
• This Gift Card may not be used in conjunction with other promotions, vouchers, or discounts unless specifically stated.

6. Cancellations and Refunds

• Gift Card Purchases: Once purchased, the Gift Card is non-refundable.
• Experience Bookings: If an experience is booked and subsequently cancelled by the recipient, cancellation policies of the specific venue apply. Any refundable balance or credit back to the Gift Card is subject to the venue’s discretion and is not guaranteed.
• If an experience is cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances, WowBuy.co.za will assist in rescheduling where feasible but is not obligated to provide alternative arrangements.

7. Loss, Theft, and Damage

• WowBuy.co.za is not responsible for any loss, theft, or unauthorized use of the Gift Card. Lost or stolen Gift Cards cannot be replaced or refunded.
• Damaged Gift Cards may be voided at WowBuy.co.za’s discretion if deemed unusable or tampered with.

8. Liability and Disclaimers

• WowBuy.co.za serves as a booking platform and is not liable for the provision, quality, or safety of services provided by third-party vendors.
• The Gift Card holder assumes all responsibility for any risks associated with the experience. WowBuy.co.za, its affiliates, and service providers disclaim liability for injury, loss, or damage sustained during the experience.
• Any disputes or claims must be directed to the service provider responsible for the booked experience.

9. Governing Law

• These Terms and Conditions are governed by South African law, and any disputes arising from the use of the Gift Card will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of South African courts.
