Terms of agreement:

Buyers who are introduced to sellers through the platform hereby agree that they shall not engage in repeat business with the aforementioned sellers outside of the platform for a specified duration of 12 months, commencing from the date of the initial transaction.

Penalties for circumvention:

In the event that circumvention of the platform is proven, the offending seller shall be liable to pay either 10% (ten percent) of the proven lost revenue or 10% (ten percent) of the initial transaction value multiplied by 12 (twelve). These penalties are imposed to discourage and rectify any violations of the non-circumvention terms outlined in this agreement. It is imperative to note that such penalties are enforceable upon conclusive evidence of non-compliance.
