Termination by mutual agreement:

This interim seller agreement may be terminated at any time by mutual agreement between the Buyer and the Seller. Both parties shall express their consent in writing, and upon the exchange of signed termination documents, the agreement shall be deemed officially concluded.

Termination for cause:

Either party may terminate this agreement for cause in the event of a material breach by the other party. The terminating party shall provide written notice to the breaching party specifying the nature of the breach. If the breaching party fails to remedy the breach within a reasonable timeframe stipulated in the notice, the agreement may be terminated.

Termination by seller:

The seller reserves the right to unilaterally terminate this agreement by providing written notice to Wow Buy. The termination notice shall include the seller’s signature, indicating their intention to terminate the agreement.

Termination by Wow Buy:

Similarly, Wow Buy has the right to unilaterally terminate this agreement by providing written notice to the Buyer. The termination notice shall include a representative of Wow Buy’s signature, signifying their decision to terminate the agreement.

Effect of termination:

Upon the effective termination of this agreement, both parties shall be released from their respective obligations hereunder, except for those obligations that, by their nature, survive termination. The termination shall not affect any rights or remedies available to the parties.

Open orders in case of termination:

Any existing open orders relating the terminating seller are liable to be honored by the seller prior to termination. Failure to do so will result in the seller being held financially responsible for the entirety of the transaction value.

Seller account in case of termination:

In the event of termination of this agreement, the seller agrees that they forfeit access to their Wow Buy account in perpetuity.
